Our gelato and sorbets are made following traditional recipes that have been perfected in over 20 years of international experience, and 6 years right here in Australia.
Gelato Bliss is dedicated to producing the very finest gelato and sorbet, and we use only the freshest and finest ingredients. Instead of using commodity ingredients that are standard in the industry, we go to extremes to acquire the best.
We use nothing artificial - no colouring, flavouring or chemicals, and no excessive fats or sugars because we believe that our customers can taste the difference.
